Grounds

The backyard is our largest outdoor space. It includes a small fountain and small fish pond. The back yard is available for events of up to 80 seated guests or 100 standing guests, and is available outside of regular museum hours. Rental rate is $150 per hour, for a minimum of 2 hours.

Carriage House

The Carriage House is a rustic-style venue. Because this is an unheated location space is only available between April and September (weather permitting). The Carriage House is available for events of up to 80 seated guests or 100 standing guests, and is available outside of regular museum hours. Rental rate is $150 per hour, for a minimum of 2 hours.

Museum

The interior of the 1890 House Museum is available for receptions of up to 50 seated guests or 100 standing guests, and is available outside of regular museum hours.

Our spaces can be used for graduation parties, birthday parties, business functions, family reunions, baby/bridal showers, meetings, holiday celebrations, and weddings.

The museum is a beautiful setting in any season and we are happy to work with you to customize your perfect event. Rental rate is $250 per hour, for a minimum of 2 hours.

Weddings

The 1890 House Museum is a perfect venue for weddings with a historic feel.

Our museum, carriage house, and grounds are available. Basic rates are as follows:

Wedding Ceremony: $500

Wedding Reception: $1,500

Wedding Ceremony and Reception: $2,000
